Return Policy
If you are returning an item from Force1, please email info@force1.com.au. A member from Force1 will get back to you with a form to complete, once this is completed you will need to ensure this is with your return parcel. Once the parcel is delivered back to us we will notify you of the outcome
" Accepted or Rejected". The email will be state further instructions. 

Returning Products:
Enjoy FREE returns with Force1. * T&C's* apply. 
Terms & Conditions to receive your FREE Return, products must be: 
  • 7 days from delivery date,
  • Unworn,
  • Unwashed,
  • Original Condition (including packaging it comes in)
  • All Tags Attached 

If you have matched all the above requirements, please email us at info@force1.com.au, a member from Force1 will email a form for you to fill out. This will need to be returned with your return parcel. 
Please note: Force1 reserve the right to refuse to provide a store credit  should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

Once your return is received and accepted, you will be emailed a store credit in a form of a e-gift card, which can be used storewide!  

Store Credits: 

A store credit is only given to the customer if: 

  • The item is returned within the 7 days
  • In its original condition( unwashed, unworn, all tags attached, original packaging)

Exchanges: 

Force1 does not exchange any product, you will receive a store credit for your item in a form of a gift card to use storewide. 

Damaged Products: 

If you come across a product that is damaged, please email info@force1.com.au, we will send you a form.  You will need to fill this in, and attach a photo, this will need to be included in the return parcel.
